I have started to feel such "air" around here in Silicon Valley lately.
I don't know if it is a good thing or not, in a big picture, but none the less a good chance for Japan to re-establish its position as a stable ally for the U.S. and other western countries, getting out of the notorious "Japan Passing" situation.
